Summary
Amends the
Student Assistance Act 1973
to: close the Student Financial Supplement Scheme to new applications from ABSTUDY students from 1 January 2004 and continue loan repayment arrangements for existing loans; and make a minor technical amendment to extend the regulation-making power relating to notifications.
